After playing the Crazy Golf at the Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards we got back on track and headed off to find the Boating Lake and another Crazy Golf course.
We eventually found it, but it was in no condition to play!
And so, it was yet another course visited, but unplayed on the Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
As one of my great BMGA Tour rivals Brad 'The Fist' Shepherd recently deemed me, I am a 'Connoisseur of Bad Minigolf Courses'!

Very sad to see this place in such a state, I have such good memories of playing here with my nana and grandada in the 1970s. At least the Arnold Palmer place in Skeggy still looks decent.
Thanks for the comment. It's always sad to see Crazy Golf courses in states of decay and dereliction when they should be places of fun (and frustration on tricky obstacles).
The courses in Skegness are great. Lincolnshire as a whole made for a great roadtrip.
The courses at the Golden Palm Resort in Chapel St Leonards are worth a visit as well http://hamandeggerfiles.blogspot.co.uk/2011/05/231-232-chapel-st-leonards-golden-palm.html
It's now been done up :)
Hi. Ace to hear it's been refurbed/reopened. Hopefully we'll get to revisit. I really liked the look of the old abandoned course, but prefer to see them open and active. Thank you.
