There will be a free to play Crazy Golf course at Burnley's Christmas Lights Switch-On on Saturday 16th November.

Putt Above Mini Golf & Bar in Blackpool

We spotted the Putt Above Mini Golf & Bar in Blackpool earlier this week.

The indoor minigolf venue is located on the promenade not too far from the Blackpool Tower.

We didn't have time to play the high-tech indoor minigolf course on the nice and sweltering hot day out, but will give it a go when we're back on a less pleasant day weather-wise in the seaside town.

HUKD Golf opened last year and has two indoor 9-hole Crazy Golf courses - the Roll Up Course and the Kick Off Course. One is funfair-themed, while the other is sports-themed.

Pete tells us that all the holes were well thought out and he thought it was really good. The venue also has golf simulators which he's keen to go back and try out.

HUKD Golf in Bury is another new local course location for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

Putt Above Mini Golf & Bar in Blackpool

A new Putt Above Mini Golf & Bar venue is opening in Blackpool.

Blackpool will soon be home to a new indoor high-tech minigolf course as Putt Above Mini Golf & Bar opens on Blackpool Promenade on Thursday 11th January.

We're yet to play at Putt Above Mini Golf - there is also a Putt Above location at Merry Hill in Dudley. Putt Above Mini Golf differs to 'traditional' miniature golf as you play your round on the same lane, with obstacles and theming projection mapped onto the playing surface.

We're looking forward to having a game on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

There are two new indoor Crazy Golf courses at Hukd Golf in Bury.

Hukd Golf, a new golf venue in Bury, Greater Manchester, has two indoor Crazy Golf courses the Roll Up Course and the Kick Off Course.

New Adventure Golf at Ribby Hall Village

Ribby Hall Village in Lancashire will have a new Adventure Golf course as part of a new entertainment centre.

The new Adventure Golf course will be an indoor layout.

Ribby Hall Village is also home to an outdoor pirate-themed Adventure Golf course.

There's a new indoor crazy golf course in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Tee-rific Crazy Golf - an 18-hole indoor course - has opened in Blackburn.

I've seen a few homages to Only Fools and Horses over the years - the latest being The New Albert Pub in Blackpool.

Cinnabon in the UK

I saw my first Cinnabon in the UK today.

You can get a cinnamon roll at Rivington Services on the M61

There are plans to open 150 Cinnabon outlets in the UK by 2025. The number currently stands at 13 stores.

I really fancy a cinnamon roll now.

USA vs the UK

It's always interesting seeing new and different brands entering the UK. In recent times Dunkin' and Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs have popped up on the high street.

We had a walk round the 18-hole Crazy Golf course at Marine Gardens in Fleetwood on our recent return trip to the seaside town.

We first visited the layout on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in 2012.

The location is also home to a Pitch & Putt course.

There was once a Crazy Golf course a stone's throw away at Marine Hall Gardens. We played that course in 2009. Sadly it was removed in 2012.

The Garfield Hotel in Blackpool

Spotting The Garfield Hotel in Blackpool.

We noticed The Garfield Hotel while walking around Blackpool last week. What a gimmick.

We might have to stay there on a future visit to the seaside resort to see what it looks like inside.

A visit to the Gator Adventure Golf course at Escape Entertainment in Chorley.

The last new course we played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour was Gator Adventure Golf at the Escape Entertainment centre in Chorley, Lancashire last August!

The 18-hole indoor layout was the 955th course we've been to since September 2006.
