A look at some of the Finish & End holes we've seen on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

Our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour travels have taken us around the UK and to several countries overseas. During the last 20 years we've seen a few courses clearly spell out where the end of a round is!

Minigolf at Gowerton Golf Range in Swansea, Wales

A look back at our visit to the minigolf course at Gowerton Golf Range in Swansea, Wales.

We visited Gowerton Golf Range in Gowerton, Swansea, Wales to play the 9-hole minigolf course there on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in August 2009.

Crazy Golf in Abingdon-on-Thames

Looking back at the old Crazy Golf course at the Abbey Meadows in Abingdon-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

One of the courses we've visited and played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour travels but has since become a 'lost' course was the 10-hole Crazy Golf layout at the Abbey Meadows in my home town of Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

The course was the first one I ever played way back in the early 1980's.

The course had been in the park since the 1950's but was removed at the end of the 2016 season as part of renovations to the area.

It's always sad to see an old miniature golf course removed. Especially so when it's not replaced by a new one.

In August 2007 the course became the 31st played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

We revisited the Abbey Meadows Crazy Golf course in Abingdon in June 2012 and December 2014.

The course was very mossy on our visit in 2014

5 Star Crazy Golf in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire

A look back at the 5 Star Crazy Golf course at Bainland Country Park in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.

We played our first, and to date only, '5 Star Crazy Golf' course at Bainland Country Park in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in May 2011.

As the course has 5 cups to putt into on each 'green' I was able to score a 'Perfect Round' of minigolf - shooting a Hole-in-One on each of the 9-holes!

We also had a game on the grass Putting miniature golf course while there.

Looking online, the site is now known as Bainland Lodge Retreats and no longer has a crazy golf course.
