5 Star Crazy Golf in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire

A look back at the 5 Star Crazy Golf course at Bainland Country Park in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.

We played our first, and to date only, '5 Star Crazy Golf' course at Bainland Country Park in Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in May 2011.

As the course has 5 cups to putt into on each 'green' I was able to score a 'Perfect Round' of minigolf - shooting a Hole-in-One on each of the 9-holes!

We also had a game on the grass Putting miniature golf course while there.

Looking online, the site is now known as Bainland Lodge Retreats and no longer has a crazy golf course.

242 Woodhall Spa (Bainland Country Park) - Putting

In addition to the 5-Star Crazy Golf, Bainland Country Park, near Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire, is also home to a 9-hole Putting Green.

In our Irregular Mini Golf Tour Match-up...Emily defeated me 23(+5) to 24(+6).

The course was the 242nd visited and played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour

241 Woodhall Spa (Bainland Country Park) - 5 Star Crazy Golf

The 241st course we played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour was at Bainland Country Park, near Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire.

The 9-hole '5 Star Crazy Golf' was the first course of its type we have played on our travels. I also managed to score my first ever 'Perfect Round' of minigolf - scoring a Hole-in-One on each of the 9-holes!

In our Irregular Mini Golf Tour Match-up...Emily defeated me 11(-7) to 14(-4) using 'normal' rules. Using the '5-Star' Rules Emily beat me on points scoring a 'low' of 23, to my 24.
