Did you know there's a Stonehenge-themed minigolf course in Hemsby, Norfolk?

Stonehenge The Big Mini Golf was the 174th course played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour in June 2010 when it was a 15-hole layout. We first visited it in May 2009 when it was a 12-hole course. It's now an 18-hole course.

The Crazy Golf Museum is celebrating it's 16th year in 2026. The worldwide archive of miniature golf memories, histories and ephemera opened it's online doors to the world on the 15th July 2010.

We've used several apps to keep the score in our games on our travels to 1,117 courses on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

We've seen several courses have introduced a mobile app to compliment or replace the traditional paper scorecard. Some of these apps are really good and help to enhance the experience.

We're still fans of pencil and paper to score our rounds and have amassed a large collection of scorecards from our travels over the last 20 years. That said, when we find an app that works well we're more than happy to download and use it. We've found the best ones are at courses that have both traditional and digital options for marking your scores as it keeps everyone happy.

While 'National Miniature Golf Day' is held on the second Saturday in May, the other BIG minigolf day of the year is 'Miniature Golf Day' and is ALWAYS on the 21st September.

Today is the second-annual National Crazy Pool Awareness Day.

What is Crazy Pool?

The indoor game found at Roxy Ball Room locations is a cross between crazy golf and pool. Played with a pool cue and a golf ball you need to tackle a variety of obstacles on the felt covered tables.

National Crazy Pool Awareness Day was created by the team at Roxy Leisure.

You can find Crazy Pool tables and courses at 13 of Roxy's 19 venues. They are:

3. Edinburgh (Rose Street)
4. Leeds (Boar Lane)
5. Leeds (Merrion Street) - the original Crazy Pool course at this venue has recently been updated.
