Happy new year Richard. I guess with mini golf you're not so worried about frozen greens ? Or are some of the courses on real grass ?
I've played at Jurassic golf in New Malden (Kingston) and apart from that stupid doughnut hole (!) really enjoyed it.
Tim
Hello Tim,
Many thanks for your comment and Happy New Year to you too.
Us Crazy Minigolfers tend to play in any weather!
Frozen Greens aren't a problem. Some of the Putting Courses I have played (e.g. Hyde Park) are Grass Putting Style Mini Golf.
Emily always seems to beat me at New Malden :-( It's the Volcano hole that does me in there!
Happy Putting!
Cheers,
Richard
There six other Minigolf Courses in London that we are yet to play/visit on our Tour, but are on our list for 2011.
They are:
- Bexley, Danson Park
- Bexley, Sidcup Place
- Bromley, Kelsey Park
- Chiswick, Rocks Lane Multi Sports Centre
- Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park
- Hounslow, Lampton Park
You could always come and use the putting green at Metrogolf in Paddington :)
Hello Phil,
Many thanks for the tip ;-)
We'll pop along and check out Metrogolf.
Cheers,
Richard

85 Years Too Late to Play a Rooftop Putting Green in London
I've read that Selfridges department store in London is to get a Crazy Golf course and Tea Room on its Rooftop Garden this summer (from the 31st May - 2nd Sept 2012)! More details on a blog post here. The store used to have a Mini Golf course on the Rooftop in the 1920's and 1930's.
I've also heard that a Minigolf is being put up near the London Eye in the city. I'll try and check out this course on my next trip to London.
