New minigolf course in Bideford

There's a new minigolf course in Bideford, Devon.

The course is a 9-hole outdoor layout.

New minigolf course at Lammas Park in Staines

Lammas Recreation Ground in Staines is getting a new minigolf course.

The adventure golf course at Lammas Recreation Ground in Staines-upon-Thames is in the process of being replaced with a new minigolf course.

We played the old 18-hole adventure golf course there back when it was new in 2009! It was the 117th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

We also competed in the London Open minigolf tournament on the layout that year. I was the runner-up in the event.

The new minigolf course at Lammas Recreation Ground in Staines is being created by the team at UrbanCrazy.

Minigolf at Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks in Whitby

There's a new minigolf course at Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks in Whitby.

Northcliffe & Seaview Holiday Parks in High Hawsker, Whitby, North Yorkshire is home to a new 9-hole minigolf course.

The layout was created by the team at UrbanCrazy.

Crazy Golf at Dover Castle

There's a new Crazy Golf course at Dover Castle in Kent.

Dover Castle is now home to a Crazy Golf course.

Crazy Golf at Daisy Made Farm in Skellingthorpe

There's a new Crazy Golf course at Daisy Made Farm in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire.

The 13-hole Crazy Daisy Golf course at Daisy Made Farm in Skellingthorpe, Lincolnshire has been replaced and upgraded with a brand new minigolf layout.

The course is planned to open later this month.

We visited Daisy Made Farm on our way to a Lincolnshire seaside holiday in May 2011. Back then the Crazy Daisy Golf course was a Swedish Felt B-Run type with added farmyard obstacles.

We're looking forward to revisiting and playing the new layout on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

Shed minigolf

Chatting with Andrew Wilcox of Readers Sheds and the Shed of the Year Awards I was reminded of this excellent shed-based crazy golf hole we played back in 2010.

Not only do you putt into a shed, but it's a musical obstacle too. Marvellous.

The garden crazy golf course in East Finchley was the 250th we visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. We've now been to 956 courses since 2006.

Alton Water Mini Golf in Ipswich

A visit to the Alton Water Mini Golf course in Ipswich, Suffolk.

My brother and Charter Member of the Crazy World of Minigolf Tour has sent over some photos of the miniature golf course at Alton Water in Suffolk.

The Alton Water Mini Golf course is the 982nd course visited overall on the Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since September 2006.

The course was created by the team at UrbanCrazy and opened earlier this year.

We're looking forward to having a game there in the future. We'd normally have been to see family and friends in Ipswich a number of times already this year but haven't been able to get back once yet.

The Crazy World of Minigolf Tour

Christopher and his family have visited 36 courses on their branch of the tour, 26 of those have been unique to them. Emily and I have visited 956 courses on the main tour.

Christopher has been to four courses in 2020.

We've been to a total of 46 courses in 2020, with 15 of those being new courses visited. We've swung by eight new courses in the time of coronavirus.

We've got 40 of the original 600 we set out to visit left and a lot of new courses to play at too!

Pembrey Country Park Crazy Golf

A look at the new Pembrey Country Park Crazy Golf course in Wales.

A big thanks to James Palmer from UrbanCrazy for sending over these photos of the new Crazy Golf course at Pembrey Country Park in Wales.

We visited Pembrey Country Park and played the old Crazy Golf course there way back in 2009 during our road-trip around the Welsh coast.

It'll be nice to visit Wales again in the future and have a game on the new 18-hole layout on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. We had a holiday booked in Wales in April but that was scrapped thanks to the pandemic.
