The Lost Valley Adventure Golf in Evesham, Worcestershire

There's an Adventure Golf course at The Valley in Evesham.

The Valley activity centre in Evesham, Worcestershire is home to an 18-hole outdoor Aztec Adventure Golf course.

The venue also has a high ropes aerial adventure.

The activities are part of The Valley shopping and entertainment centre. Looking on The Valley's website there's a miniature railway there too!

Our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

We first heard about the plans for the course in 2022 and it's nice to see it's open and doing well.

The Lost Valley Adventure Golf course is one we'll have to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour in the future.

Old Miniature Railway at Marine Gardens in Fleetwood

There used to be a Miniature Railway at the Marine Gardens Pitch & Putt and Crazy Golf venue in Fleetwood.

We spotted the remains of a miniature railway while taking a walk round the Pitch & Putt and Crazy Golf course at Marine Gardens in Fleetwood.

You can still see - and walk through - the old miniature railway tunnel on the perimeter of the Pitch & Putt miniature golf course

Handforth Miniature Railway at Meriton Road Park

We found a miniature railway at one of our local parks at the weekend!

We've spent a lot of lockdown visiting different parks and outdoor spaces in and around Stockport. On Easter Sunday we went for a walk in Handforth where we found a miniature railway at Meriton Road Park.

Two trains were running!

We're big fans of miniature railways and even though we've lived nearby for almost five years never knew it existed! We've never seen any signs for it even though we've walked and parked near to it many many times before.

There was a Scarecrow Trail in the town - this was The (not so) Fat Controller

Happy Mount Park in Morecambe is 93 years old

Happy 93rd birthday to Happy Mount Park in Morecambe, Lancashire.

Happy Mount Park opened on this day in 1927.

The 16-hole Pirate Adventure Golf course there became the 891st course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour a year ago.

Back in April 2012 the old Crazy Golf course on the same spot was the 455th visited. The Putting Course was the 456th.

The park is also home to a miniature railway.

South Park Miniature Railway in Cheadle Hulme

Revisiting the Miniature Railway at South Park in Cheadle Hulme.

We took part of our outdoor daily exercise at South Park in Cheadle Hulme and had a look at the excellent miniature railway there.

South Park is home to Stockport & District Society of Model Engineers

It's a real treat to ride the model railway and I highly recommend a visit in the future when it is once again safe to do so.
