Last year we heard that the Woburn Sands Emporium garden centre was home to a Charity Crazy Golf course, so we had to head along for a game when next in the area.

It's always fun playing a minigolf course we didn't previously know about. And excellent when it's a unique layout.

The Crazy Golf course at Woburn Sands Emporium certainly was different, and it was fun to play the 7-hole course!

The Charity Crazy Golf at Woburn Sands Emporium was the 1,037th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

A combined 1,037 miniature golf courses visited

In our minigolf match I took the win with a score of 17 to Emily's 18. It had been close for the first six holes, with Emily ahead by one shot. But the final hole was a round wrecker and game killer. Emily played first and shot a 6, while I was able to hit a 4 and take the win.

Pumpkin Patch Mini Golf at Frosts Willington Garden Centre in Bedford

Frosts Garden Centre in Willington, Bedford has a pop-up mini golf course as part of its Pumpkin Patch attraction.

The Pumpkin Patch is open weekends from the 5th October until the 31st October, and is open 7 days a week from the 26th October.

Plans for a Mini-Golf course at Hawley Garden Centre in Kent

There are plans for a Mini-Golf course to be created at Hawley Garden Centre in Sutton at Hone, near Dartford, Kent.

There's a mini golf course at the Twenty Pence Garden Centre in Wilburton, Cambridgeshire.

Many thanks to our friend and minigolf rival Steve 'Sheila' Lovell for letting us know about the The Putting Shed Mini Golf course at Twenty Pence Garden Centre in Wilburton, Ely, Cambridgeshire.

You can find minigolf, crazy golf and adventure golf courses at several garden centres in the UK.

Minigolf has become very popular in recent years and has developed from being a traditional outdoor seaside summer activity to become a year-round game that can be played indoors or out.

Much like at shopping malls, outlet centres and on the high street, customers are looking to be entertained while they shop, and garden centres are a perfect spot for a game of minigolf.

There are plans for a new Adventure Golf course at Ruxley Manor Garden Centre in Orpington, Kent.

The 18-hole Adventure Golf will be an outdoor layout.

Aces Minigolf Gloucester is growing

The superb 12-hole miniature golf layout at Dobbies Garden Centre in Gloucester is expanding to become an 18-hole course.

We played the Aces Minigolf Gloucester course in July 2021 to play a few rounds and compete in the Aces Minigolf Gloucester Invitational Tournament - that event was the first minigolf competition we'd played in since 2019 and it was fun to be back in action.

The new holes will be on the other side of the fence on the right hand side

It'll be interesting to see what the new 6-holes look and play like.

Mini Golf at Hillier Garden Centre in Cheddar

There's a new 9-hole Mini Golf course at Hillier Garden Centre in Cheddar, Somerset.

Aztec Adventure Golf at Dobbies Garden Centre in Huntingdon

A new Aztec Adventure Golf course is opening at Dobbies Garden Centre in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire this summer.

The new course is set to open in July 2022.

There are plans for a new Crazy Golf course to be built as part of development at Worzals Garden Centre in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.

It'll be another new course for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour and our travels to East Anglia.

Aces Minigolf Gloucester - now open!

The new Aces Minigolf course at Dobbies Garden Centre in Gloucester is now open.

All the very best of luck to our friends at Aces Minigolf who are opening to the public for the first time at Dobbies Garden Centre in Gloucester today!

We had a fun time visiting the course for an invitational tournament last weekend.
