Crazy Golf will be part of a new development at Eldon Square in Newcastle city centre.
We've been to Newcastle several times and played a few minigolf courses there. The new venue at Eldon Square will be another new course for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
The Chrizy Golf course was the 313th played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. We've now been to more than 1,000 courses since September 2006.
The Chrizy Golf course was gone once the 2012 festive season was over and the building remained empty, or used for other pop-ups, until the team at Junkyard Golf made it their home for another minigolf course. That layout was there for a couple of years. They have since moved on and can be found at a permanent venue at First Street in the city.
A new Putt Club indoor crazy golf course is now open in Leicester.
Putt Club - a motorsport-themed indoor crazy golf course - has opened in Leicester.
The venue opened in October this year.
Check out the Putt Club website for more information on the Leicester course and the Putt Club venues in Southampton, Hull, London (Edmonton), London (Docklands) and Watford.
Putt Club's brand of crazy golf has opened in the last few years and we're yet to give one of their courses a play on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
As Curators of The Crazy Golf Museum it's nice to see another museum including minigolf as an interactive exhibit to facilitate learning.
We visited Cumbria earlier this year, but didn't have time to visit Whitehaven. Hopefully we'll get to have a game on the Mini Golf Cumberland Edition course at The Beacon Museum on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
We revisited our old home town of Luton last weekend and spotted this poster in the window of the old Debenhams advertising the 'Pop Up' Summertime Fun event in Luton's Wardown Park earlier this year. It included free Crazy Golf!
We've spent a lot of time in Wardown Park. The park has had some different courses over the years - including a fibreglass Crazy Golf layout, and a Putting/mini-Pitch & Putt course. It's currently home to an Adventure Golf course.
Wardown Adventure Golf course in Wardown Park, Luton (June 2021)
Wardown Park's first miniature golf course opened on the 19th June 1934 - so our visit in 2021 came 87 years to the day since the first putt was taken in the park!
A look at the Charity Crazy Golf course at Woburn Sands Emporium in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
Charity Crazy Golf at Woburn Sands Emporium
We recently found that the Woburn Sands Emporium garden centre was home to a Charity Crazy Golf course, so we had to head along for a game.

It's always fun finding a minigolf course we didn't previously know about. And superb when it's a unique layout.

The Crazy Golf course at Woburn Sands Emporium certainly was different, and it was brilliant to play the 7-hole course!

The Charity Crazy Golf at Woburn Sands Emporium was the 1,037th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

In our minigolf match I took the win with a score of 17 to Emily's 18. It had been close for the first six holes, with Emily ahead by one shot. But the final hole was a round wrecker and game killer. Emily played first and shot a 6, while I was able to hit a 4 and take the win.

Visit the Woburn Sands Emporium website for more information about the course and the garden centre's charity partners. It's an excellent garden centre with plenty to see and do there.
There's a new indoor minigolf course in Manchester.
Challenge Point Manchester is now open in Manchester's Northern Quarter. The venue is home to a Crazy Golf course, but one with a difference.
The Crazy Golf course is one of five crazy mini games at the venue. Teams are tasked with trying to win as many points as possible by playing each of the mini challenges in their overall game.
As well as Crazy Golf, competitors need to tackle a Laser Maze, play Tokyo Tanks (remote control tanks), dive into a Ball Pit, and play a shooting game.
