The Crazy World of Minigolf Tour - May 2026

Our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour adventures continue.

This month we've played 'Europe's largest adventure golf course' (it's in Cheshire) and Emily has visited several minigolf courses in Tenerife.

How many minigolf courses have we visited so far?

We've been to 1,125 miniature golf courses on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour to date. 1,056 of them have been in the British Isles.

As well as playing minigolf in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Jersey and the Isle of Man we’ve travelled to minigolf courses in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Finland, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Spain (including Lanzarote & Tenerife in the Canary Islands, and Majorca in the Balearic Islands), Sweden and the USA.

How our travels began.

We played the Victory Trail course at Treasure Island Adventure Golf in Southsea, Hampshire, England on Saturday 30th September 2006.

At the end of our 9-hole round I won a free game by firing the cannon on the lucky last hole!

When we got home from the weekend away we found a list of 600 or so minigolf courses in the UK and wider British Isles. We thought it'd be fun to see how many of them we could visit on day trips and weekends away to the seaside.

There are now around 1,500 - and there are lots of new places to play the game opening all the time.

Mini Golf Kapital in Puerto Colón, Tenerife

A look at the courses at Mini Golf Kapital in Puerto Colón, Tenerife, Spain.

The two courses at Mini Golf Kapital in Puerto Colón on Tenerife in the Canary Islands became the 1,124th and 1,125th visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since 2006.

Mini Golf at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg, PA, USA

There's a new art-inspired mini golf course at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, USA.

The Westmoreland Museum of American Art has a new art-inspired mini golf course.

The Putt-a-Palooza course at The Westmoreland Museum of American Art will be open from the 5th June to the 30th August.

The 9-hole indoor mini golf course features holes and obstacles inspired by artwork in the museum.

Crazy Golf in Selby Park

There are plans for a new crazy golf course in Selby Park, Selby, North Yorkshire.

A new 9-hole crazy golf course is planned to replace the old mini golf course in Selby Park, Selby as part of a project to improve the park.

Lane7 at Trinity Leeds

Lane7 is opening a new venue at Trinity Leeds in June.

Lane7's new indoor entertainment venue will be opening at Trinity Leeds shopping centre in Leeds city centre on Tuesday 2nd June.

The new Lane7 location in Leeds will have a mini-golf game area as well as tenpin bowling, darts, shuffleboard and more.
