New Mini-Golf course in Porthcawl

There's potential for a new Mini-Golf course to be created as part of a redevelopment plan in Porthcawl.

The plans for the course are part of wider leisure and infrastructure developments for the seaside town.

If created the course would be another new one for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. It'd also be nice to return to Porthcawl as we haven't been there for a while.

Hollywood Bowl recently rebranded their Mini Golf courses at their standalone Harrow, Peterborough, Rochdale and Leeds Thorpe Park venues to Putt & Play.

The Kirstall venue in Leeds is still a Puttstars course. You can also find a Mini Golf course at the Hollywood Bowl in Stockton-on-Tees.

Crazy Pool at Roxy Ball Room Merrion Street in Leeds

You can find a Crazy Pool course in the basement of Roxy Ball Room Merrion Street in Leeds.

Crazy Pool is a mix of crazy golf and cue sports, with the game played on a table using a golf ball to tackle obstacles, and played with a cue rather than a putter.

We've played Crazy Pool at the Roxy Ball Room at the Manchester Arndale venue.

Bognor Regis Mini Golf in West Sussex

It's always fun finding Arnold Palmer Putting Courses on our travels, and the Bognor Regis layout is a superb example.

We first visited this particular Crazy Golf course on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in October 2011 when it became the 275th course played.

I replayed the course in September 2022. It's a challenging layout, and while it does offer some nice hole-in-one opportunities there are some very tricky holes and obstacles on it.

The Bognor Regis Mini Golf course was built in 1993 and was the last new Arnold Palmer Putting Course layout to be created.

Pitch opening in Manchester

A new indoor Golf venue is opening in Manchester.

Pitch is opening in Manchester early this year. The indoor Golf venue features a range of interactive golf games, including virtual mini-golf games.

The Manchester venue is the second location for the Pitch brand following the Pitch venues in three spots in London, and a site in Dublin.

New Adventure Mini Golf course planned for the Tee Time Golf Centre in Blackpool

There are plans for a new Adventure Mini Golf course to be created at the Tee Time Golf Centre in Blackpool, Lancashire.

The new Adventure Mini Golf course would be a 12-hole outdoor layout.

The American Mini Golf Alliance is a group of mini golf enthusiasts organizing to bring together people passionate about the game.

The American Mini Golf Alliance (AMA) was formed in 2022 with the organisation bringing together a number of groups and players. Competitive miniature golfers and putting enthusiasts from across the US including A Couple of Putts (Minnesota), O-Street Mini Golf (New Jersey), and The Putting Penguin (Connecticut / DC) connected back in 2019 and came together to create the American Mini Golf Alliance.

Since its formation the AMA has grown in member numbers and events, and also incorporates online and digital putting competitions in its calendar.

There's a dinosaur-themed Crazy Golf course at Lexden Wood Golf Club in Colchester, Essex.

Fossil Falls Crazy Golf is an 18-hole outdoor course.

Lexden Wood Golf Club are in the process of refurbishing the layout in advance of February half-term 2025.

Plans for new Hole in Wand Magical Mini Golf in Leeds

The team at The Hole In Wand Wizard Golf have plans to create a new indoor minigolf course at St John's Shopping Centre in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

You can currently find The Hole In Wand minigolf courses in Blackpool, Chester, York and Seaham.

New Adventure Golf course in Sheerness

There are plans for a new 18-hole outdoor Adventure Golf course to be created as part of the Sheerness Revival Project.

The new Adventure Golf course will be created at the Sheppey Leisure Complex at Beachfields in Sheerness.

It'll be another new course for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour and a return trip to Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey.

Pop-Up Adventure Mini Golf at The National Trust Ickworth Estate in Suffolk

There will be an adventure golf course in the gallery at The National Trust Ickworth Estate this February.

The National Trust Ickworth Estate in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk will have a pop-up Adventure Mini Golf course in the gallery from Saturday 15th February to Sunday 23rd February.

The pop-up 9-hole indoor minigolf course will be set-up in the West Wing Gallery.

The Ickworth Estate had a pop-up crazy golf event during Halloween last year.
