No sitting
A look at a shopping centre bench in the time of social distancing.

| A bench in the Spinning Gate shopping centre in Leigh |
We've seen a few other benches with social distancing signs and rules about sitting down during the pandemic, including a pair of socially distanced benches in Spinningfields, Manchester and these two in Colne, Lancashire.
I've been documenting the Covid-19 and social distancing signs I've seen during the pandemic here on the blog as well as on my Instagram account.

A bench at the Stockport Pyramid
What a spot for a nice sit down.
The bench is nestled between the Trans Pennine Trail, the River Mersey and the Stockport Pyramid.

Benches in the time of Coronavirus
A look at two benches in the time of social distancing.
We saw a few different social distancing signs on our walk round Colne in Lancashire on Sunday afternoon, including these two on benches in the town centre.

Hexthorpe Flatts Park Crazy Golf course in Doncaster
Visiting the Crazy Golf course at Hexthorpe Flatts Park in Doncaster.
We had a brilliant weekend in Doncaster earlier this month and while there visited the Crazy Golf courses at Elmfield Park and Hexthorpe Flatts Park in the town.
The 9-hole Crazy Golf course at Hexthorpe Flatts Park in Hexthorpe, Doncaster was the 944th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
As it was out-of-season we didn't get a chance to have a game.
We're looking forward to a return visit to Doncaster.

Elmfield Park Crazy Golf course in Doncaster
A visit to the Crazy Golf course at Elmfield Park in Bennetthorpe, Doncaster.
We visited our 943rd miniature golf course while in Doncaster earlier this month.
Unfortunately it was out-of-season so we couldn't game on the Crazy Golf course at Elmfield Park in Bennetthorpe.
Check out videos from our visit to the course.

We were really impressed by the town's markets and enjoyed visiting a few different pubs. We stayed at the wonderful Earl of Doncaster hotel, a marvellous Art Deco hotel right next to Elmfield Park.

Travelling around the UK visiting minigolf courses has taken us to so many interesting places, many of which wouldn't be considered a 'normal' tourist spot. We really enjoyed our time in Doncaster and look forward to going back again in the future.
