New Adventure Golf course opening at Superbowl UK in Warrington.

An indoor Adventure Golf course is opening as part of the new Superbowl UK fun centre in Warrington.

Located at Golden Square in Warrington, the new Superbowl UK centre opens on Friday 24th May.

New Plonk Golf at Merchant Square in Paddington

New Plonk Golf indoor Crazy Golf course opening in Paddington, London this month.

The latest Plonk Golf indoor minigolf course is opening in Paddington's Merchant Square in London on Saturday 25th May.

You can also find Plonk Golf courses in Shoreditch, Hoxton, London Fields, Camden Market, Islington, Battersea and at The Horniman Museum and Gardens in Forest Hill.

Back in April 2015 I played at Plonk Golf's first course, at Efes Snooker Hall in Dalston, London. That was the 596th course visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. We're now up to 887 course visits since September 2006.

Adventure Golf at The Leys Recreation Ground in Witney

A visit to the Adventure Golf course at The Leys Recreation Ground in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Our trip to Southampton saw us visit 18 more courses, playing eight of them. One of the courses visited was the Adventure Golf course at The Leys Recreation Ground in Witney, Oxfordshire.

We hadn't expected to be visiting Witney, but as traffic meant our route changed we couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit the course.

Unfortunately we didn't get to have a game on it as it had already closed for the day. Earlier than the sign said.

We arrived in the park at 5.15pm on a Friday

The Adventure Golf course at The Leys Recreation Ground in Witney was the 869th visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

It looked like a nice layout.

The 9-hole course was designed and built by the team at HM Adventure Golf and opening in 2018.

Putting Green at Griffin Park in Porthcawl

A visit to the Putting Green at Griffin Park in Porthcawl.

On my way home from the Welsh Mini Golf Club's Doubles Championships in Aberavon I stopped off at Porthcawl as I'd seen there was a Putting Green in Griffin Park. Unfortunately it wasn't yet open for the season and the groundskeepers were working on a few other areas of the park to get it ready for the summer.

We have been to Porthcawl before, although only to Trecco Bay Holiday Park where we played Adventure Golf back in 2009. So it was nice to explore a new seaside resort and play in some new amusement arcades.

The Putting Green at Griffin Park in Porthcawl was the 886th visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since September 2006.

I also saw a 7D cinema there! Sadly it was closed

Adventure Golf at Romsey Rapids Sports Complex in Southampton

A visit to the Adventure Golf course at Romsey Rapids Sports Complex in Southampton.

The sports themed course has a podium on the 18th hole - a very nice touch

Our road-trip to Southampton and back saw us visit 18 more courses on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. One of them was the Adventure Golf course at Romsey Rapids Sports Complex in Southampton, Hampshire.

Lots of sports are on offer on the minigolf course!

Dragon's Quest Mini Golf at Fontygary Leisure Park

Playing the new Dragon's Quest Mini Golf course at Fontygary Leisure Park in Rhoose, Barry, Wales.

Earlier this month I heard about the new Dragon's Quest Mini Golf at Fontygary Leisure Park from the team at Greenspan Projects. Luckily I was in South Wales for the Welsh Mini Golf Club's Double Championship in Aberavon at the weekend so was able to swing by on my way home.

Look at the size of that dragon!

It was great to have a round on the 18-hole Dragon's Quest Adventure Golf course. It looks really nice and has some interesting features, most noticeably the BIG red dragon!

The Dragon's Quest Mini Golf course at Fontygary Leisure Park became the 887th visited and 517th played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since September 2006.

The course is in a very nice setting and looks lovely
