On our latest trip to Great Yarmouth we were unable to play the Quasar Laser Tag as the man at The Mint Amusement Arcade was unable to start the game up with only two players.
We also visited Great Yarmouth in June and didn't play then either, having missed the start of the game.
The neon Quasar sign has lost an 'A' since our last visit.
A blog about our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. With a sprinkling of nostalgia and urban exploration for good measure.

Great Yarmouth's Arnold Palmer Putting Courses - Crazy World of Minigolf Tour - Courses Played #22 & #23
We were able to play both the 18-hole and the 9-hole Arnold Palmer Crazy Golf courses in Great Yarmouth on our visit in June 2007. However, on our first visit in February 2007 we were unable to play any of the courses we visited as they were all still shut for the off-season.
The 18-hole Arnold Palmer Putting Course in Great Yarmouth became the 22nd course played on our
Crazy World of Minigolf Tour, while the 9-hole Crazy Golf course next to it became the 23rd played.
In our very first Irregular Mini Golf Tour Match-up on the 18-hole course I defeated Emily 40-41.
On the 9-hole layout we had two rounds with us both scoring equal rounds of 19 and 20.
On our first visit in February 2007 the Arnold Palmer courses in Great Yarmouth were closed.

Still Jobbing To Arm Champs II Arcade Game in Great Yarmouth
At the time of writing this blog post I have uploaded a total of 387 videos to YouTube. Of these the most viewed video is one of me "Jobbing to Arm Champs II Arcade Machine" which has had 14,071 views since I uploaded it on the 16th of February 2007.
On Sunday 7th of August 2011 we were once again in Great Yarmouth and I had another go on the Arm Champs II machine to see if I could beat 'Chang'. This time I did (legitimately too I might add), only to go and be jobbed out in the Bonus Stage!?

Crazy World of Minigolf Tour - Course Played #21 Great Yarmouth (Pirates Cove) - Adventure Golf
Great Yarmouth is a great place to visit for fans of Miniature Golf as the area has a huge amount of courses.
The 21st course played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour was the Pirates Cove Adventure Golf course.
When we first visited in February 2007 the course was closed.
But in June 2007 we were able to play it!
In our one and only match on the course I defeated Emily 51-58 on the 9th of June 2007.

Revisit and Replay of the Adventure Golf Course at the Pleasure Beach Gardens in Great Yarmouth
While in Great Yarmouth on Sunday 7th of August 2011 we made a revisit to, and had a replay of, the 12-hole Adventure Golf Course at the Pleasure Beach Gardens.
We first played the course in June 2007 (following our trip to Lowestoft & Great Yarmouth in February 2007, when all of the courses were closed). On that occasion I defeated Emily 37-40. This time out our Irregular Mini Golf Tour match ended in a tie, with both of us hitting scores of 30.
Photos from our visit on the 9th of June 2007.
The Pleasure Beach Gardens in Great Yarmouth used to be home to a Jungle Crazy Golf course too, however this was removed and the area turned into a Segway Grand Prix Track!

Revisit and Replay of the Windmill Theatre Indoor Adventure Golf Course in Great Yarmouth
Playing the indoor Adventure Golf at Great Yarmouth's Windmill Theatre.
The course was originally the 26th played on the Crazy World of Minigolf Tour way back on the 9th of June 2007. In that time two extra holes have been added. The first one is the 'Stars of the Windmill' hole, which features a 'Wall of Fame' showing all the stars that at one time or another performed at the Windmill Theatre.
As a big fan of On The Buses this was the best hole on the course and the most playable too, with Emily scoring a Hole-in-One.
On The Buses Stars Stephen Lewis, Bob Grant and Anna Karen all performed at the Windmill Theatre back when it was a theatre.
The second new extra hole is the 12th, which is the 'World's Biggest Pinball Machine'!? Both Emily and I won Free Games on this hole in our match!
All of the holes on the 12-hole course are really crazy, and they even have a Christmas theme on one hole now!
The Beach Hole is very crazy indeed, it's the only hole I've ever played where you must Putt over sand!?
The old last hole, now Hole 11, is a giant Roulette Wheel. In our match Emily managed to score Green 0!
In our Irregular Mini Golf Tour match-up Emily beat me 25-29.
