Latest national ranking lists from the British Minigolf Association.

The official BMGA rankings have been updated following the BMGA Players Championship and BMGA British Open at the Pirate Golf course in Hastings.

We are both ranked in the World Minigolf Sport Federation's General Class ranking lists. In the women's rankings Emily is in tied 120th position of 128 places (132 players). In the men's rankings I am ranked in tied 397th place of 413 places (419 players).

The official BMGA rankings have been updated following the Midlands Open minigolf tournament and the BMGA British Doubles Championships held at the Four Ashes Golf Centre in Dorridge, Solihull.

Following the BMGA British Doubles Championships Emily has moved up to from 22nd to tied 20th of 55 players in the BMGA Matchplay Order of Merit Rankings. I have moved up from 43rd place to 38th.

In the BMGA Season Only Rankings following the Midlands Open Emily is at 14th of 57 players, while I am in 25th place.

Emily and I are both ranked in the World Minigolf Sport Federation's General Class ranking lists.

In the BMGA Season Only Rankings following the Splash Point Open Emily is at 20th of 51 players, while I am in 26th place.

Emily and I are both ranked in the World Minigolf Sport Federation's General Class ranking lists. In the women's rankings Emily is in tied 120th position of 128 places / 132 players. In the men's rankings I am ranked in tied 397th place of 413 places / 419 players.

World Minigolf Rankings for 2014

Latest international Minigolf season rankings published by the World Minigolf Sport Federation.

The World Minigolf Sport Federation, the world governing body for the sport, has published the latest World Minigolf Rankings for 2014.

Emily and I are in the WMF General Class ranking lists, dated 1st March 2014.

In the women's rankings Emily is in tied 120th position of 128 places / 132 players.

In the men's rankings I am ranked in tied 397th place of 413 places / 419 players.

Great Britain has retained its place at number 15 in the nations ranking list.

Emily is the reigning WMF World Adventure Golf Masters Women's Champion, winning the title for the second time at the 2013 event in Hastings.

I finished the WMF World Adventure Golf Masters in 20th place of 37 players, with Emily in tied 27th place. Playing as part of the Great Britain 3 team alongside John Moore and Craig Patterson we finished the team event in 5th place of 7 teams, and the second placed GB team.

GB players are also listed in the WMF World Ranking Lists for Junior and Senior players.

The WMF is the umbrella organisation of Minigolf sports association's worldwide and continental associations in Asia, Europe and America. The WMF currently has 46 member nations whose players and clubs play on four Minigolf systems recognised by the WMF – Concrete, Miniaturegolf, Feltgolf and Minigolf Open Standard (MOS). The WMF is a member of SportAccord, the International Federations' Union.

Worldwide there are over 38,000 Minigolf players registered with the WMF, 1,000 courses approved for competitions, 900 clubs and over 1,500 Minigolf tournaments held each year.

Latest BMGA minigolf matchplay rankings

Updated BMGA Matchplay Order of Merit ranking list published.

Neither Emily or I competed in the 2014 BMGA British Matchplay Championships played at the Pirate Cove Adventure Golf course at Bluewater Park last weekend.

Following the event, won for a third-time by Kent's Sean 'Freebird' Homer, the British Minigolf Association has published an updated BMGA Matchplay Order of Merit ranking list.

Emily is ranked at 22nd of 53 players (52 places) on 900 points, while I am ranked at 43rd with 190 points. Emily has retained her position, while I moved down from 36th place.

British Minigolf Association Ranking updates following the BMGA British Championships

National Miniature Golf ranking update from the British Minigolf Association following the BMGA British Championships Margate.

The British Minigolf Association has published the Strokeplay Order of Merit following the 2014 BMGA British Minigolf Championships held at Strokes Adventure Golf in Margate on the 10th and 11th of May.

In the latest update of the official BMGA Order of Merit for 2013/14 I am ranked in 10th place of 85 places (138 players).

Latest British Minigolf Association Ranking Updates

Ranking updates from the British Minigolf Association following the BMGA British Masters tournament in Worthing.

The British Minigolf Association has updated the ranking lists following the 2014 BMGA British Masters held at the excellent Splash Point Mini Golf course in Denton Gardens, Worthing on Sunday 13th April.

In the latest update of the official BMGA Order of Merit for 2013/14 I have moved up from 11th place of 79 places (135 players) to be ranked as the new British number 7. A total of 137 players are ranked in the list in 84 places.

Following a very strong showing at the BMGA British Masters Emily has also moved up in the BMGA Order of Merit rankings from 34th place to 26th. The move inside the top 32 players in the UK also means she is now a Category 2 player for the first time in her Minigolf career.

WMF International Minigolf Rankings for 2013 Season Published

End of 2013 International Minigolf Season Rankings Published by World Minigolf Sport Federation.

Emily and I have both moved up in the World Minigolf Sport Federation General Class Minigolf Rankings released for the 2013 International Minigolf Season.

In the women's ranking list Emily is up to tied 114th place (of 120 places/123 players) from 130th (of 130 places/140 players).

In the men's ranking list I am up to tied 372nd place (of 388 places/394 players) from 406th (of 406 positions/413 players).

In the General Class rankings Great Britain has moved up three places to a new high of 15th place of 29 countries.

Emily and I both competed in the 2013 WMF World Adventure Golf Masters tournament on the seafront Pirate Adventure Golf course in Hastings, England last June. The event saw us represent Great Britain for a fifth time since 2008, when we made our GB debut in the WMF Nations Cup in Tampere, Finland.

Our Great Britain 3 team, also comprised of John Moore and Craig Patterson, finished the competition in 5th place of 7 teams.

In the individual events Emily became a two-time WMF World Adventure Golf Masters Women's Champion, defeating the defending champion Ruth Burke in a sudden-death play-off.

I finished the WMF World Adventure Golf Masters in 20th place of 37 players, with Emily in tied 27th place.

End of Season BMGA Tour Minigolf Rankings for 2013

Richard & Emily Gottfried's End of Season British Minigolf Association Tour Rankings for 2013.

The British Minigolf Association has published the final rankings for the 2013 UK Miniature Golf tournament season.

This year Emily and I were in our seventh year as British Minigolf Association Tour Pro players.

In the 2013 BMGA’s Official Strokeplay Order of Merit Rankings I finished in 11th place of 163 players, with Emily in 48th position.

In the 2013 BMGA Season Only Rankings I finished in 18th spot of 115 players with Emily ranked 27th.

After achieving a 4th place finish in the 2013 BMGA British Masters competition I reached a career-high BMGA Tour ranking of 5th in the BMGA Strokeplay Order of Merit National Ranking List. My previous highest Minigolf rankings had been 7th in the 2010 BMGA Order of Merit and 5th in the BMGA Season Only Rankings for 2012.

My end of season position this year is the highest in the Strokeplay-only version of the Order of Merit, having previously finished the 2009/10 season in 11th place in the old combined strokeplay and matchplay Order of Merit.

Emily has had a great year on the BMGA Tour finishing third in the BMGA British Matchplay Championship in Boscombe, Dorset as well as winning the Category 3 title in the BMGA British Masters, and she was the Category 3 runner-up at the BMGA British Crazy Golf Open in Hastings.

Emily also became a two-time WMF World Adventure Golf Masters Women's Champion when she defeated reigning champion Ruth Burke in a play-off for the title. At the WMF World Adventure Golf Masters we competed as part of Great Britain 3 and finished in fifth place in the team event.

There is one competition left on the 2013 BMGA Tour, with the BMGA British Club Championship taking place at Basingstoke Golf Centre.

The 2014 BMGA Tour tees-off at the BMGA Star City Open at Adventure Island Mini Golf in Birmingham on Sunday 26th January.

In the BMGA 2013 Season Rankings for Clubs Emily and the Cambridgeshire Mini Golf Club finished in second place. Richard and the Midlands Minigolf Club finished in third place of six teams.

The British Minigolf Association is the governing body for Minigolf Sport, including Crazy Golf and Adventure Golf. Formed in 1998 the BMGA organises Minigolf competitions for its members across the UK. The BMGA is a member of the World Minigolf Sport Federation and the European Minigolf Sport Federation. World Minigolf Sport Federation Rankings

In the March 2013 edition of the World Minigolf Sport Federation (WMF) Minigolf Rankings Emily is in tied 130th place of 130 positions alongside players from Iran, China, Portugal, China and Thailand. A total of 140 players are listed in the WMF General Class (Adults) Women’s category.

In the WMF General Class (Adults) Men's category I am ranked in tied 406^th place of 406 positions. A total of 413 players are in the list and I sit alongside GB team-mates Scott Lancley and Brad Shepherd, and players from Russia, Hong Kong, Norway and China.

Overall Great Britain is ranked 18th of 29 Nations, with Germany at number one, Austria at two and Sweden at number three.

End of Season BMGA Tour Minigolf Rankings for 2012

Details of Richard & Emily Gottfried's End of Season British Minigolf Association Tour Rankings for 2012.

 

Luton Minigolfers Richard & Emily Gottfried completed their sixth year as British Minigolf Association Tour Pro players at the 2012 BMGA British Club Championship.

 

The BMGA's final rankings for the 2012 season, along with the BMGA Roll of Honour have been updated and posted on the British Minigolf Association website.

 

Richard finished the season ranked in a career-high of 5th place in the 2012 BMGA Season Only Rankings. Emily was ranked 37th in the 120 player strong rankings.

 

In the BMGA Strokeplay Order of Merit Rankings Richard finished in 15th place of 96 players, with Emily in 41st place.

 

In the BMGA Matchplay Order of Merit Richard was ranked 15th of 60 players, with Emily in 41st place.

 

In the BMGA 2012 Season Rankings for Clubs Emily and the Cambridgeshire Mini Golf Club finished in second place. Richard and the Midlands Minigolf Club finished in third place of six teams.
