The Crazy Golf course at Waldegraves Holiday Park on Mersea Island in Essex has had a makeover.

Waldegraves Holiday Park is also home to a Pitch & Putt course and a FootGolf layout.

Adventure Footgolf at Stonham Barns

Smugglers Pass Adventure Footgolf is opening at Stonham Barns in Suffolk this month.

The team at Stonham Barns Golf Park in Suffolk have created a new way to play 'golf' - Adventure Footgolf!

The game is a cross between Adventure Golf and Footgolf.

Footgolf is already a marrying up of elements of football and golf, and played on Pitch & Putt / Par-3 layouts.

It'll be interesting to see the new invention when we next swing by Stonham Barns.

Stonham Barns offers a number of ways to play a round of golf

We've played miniature golf at Stonham Barns on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour several times over the years. The first time was in August 2007 when the old Crazy Golf course became the 33rd place we played.

We played the Smugglers Bay Adventure Golf course there in April 2019 when it became the 506th we've played and was the 815th visited overall.

Porth Island Krazy Golf in Newquay

A look at the Porth Island Krazy Golf course in Newquay, Cornwall.

We played the Porth Island Krazy Golf course in Newquay on our road-trip around the South West coast of England back in June 2015.

The course was similar to a Beton Concrete type of miniature golf course and interesting, if a little too difficult, to play.

The course was the 47th visited on our two-week holiday, the 377th played overall and the 646th visited on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

New Adventure Golf course opening at Wexham Park Golf Centre in Buckinghamshire

A new Adventure Golf course will be created at Wexham Park Golf Centre in Slough, Buckinghamshire.

The 18-hole Adventure Golf layout will also be joined by a new Footgolf course.

It'll be a new course for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

Golf, FootGolf and Car Booting at Burnage Rugby Football Club in Stockport

Last September we finally made it along to the very very very busy car boot sale at Burnage Rugby Football Club in Heaton Mersey, Stockport.

It was nice to find a Par-3 Golf course and a FootGolf layout at the sports site too.

We're looking forward to the start of the Burnage Car Boot Sale season and a return to Burnage Rugby Football Club. The first car boot sale is on Sunday 14th April.

Crazy Golf at York Golf Range

Playing the Crazy Golf course at York Golf Range.

On Sunday 3rd September we visited York Golf Range in Towthorpe near Strensall to play the Crazy Golf course there. The 11-hole layout became the 452nd we've played and 764th visited overall on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour since September 2006.

In our match-up on the Adventure Crazy Golf course Emily picked up the win with a score of 40 to my round of 42.

As well as the Crazy Golf there's also a Driving Range, 9-hole Golf course and a good looking Footgolf layout.

The Footgolf course at York Golf Centre was a lot shorter than other layouts I've seen. It looked good, like a Footgolf 'Putting' course

New Lost Jungle Adventure Golf course in Edgware, London

London has a brand new Lost Jungle Adventure Golf course.

The new Adventure Golf course on Edgware Way in Edgware is now open. There are two 18-hole courses, as well as a 9-hole Footgolf course and 9-hole 'short' golf course at the venue.

Thanks to my mate Simon Wocka for the tip-off that the course is fully open. It looks great.

The new Adventure Golf course has been built on the site of the former Edgwarebury Golf course.

Kings Parade FootGolf in New Brighton

While visiting the Championship Adventure Golf courses on Kings Parade in New Brighton we spotted the old Pitch & Putt minigolf course we visited back in 2011 had been turned into a FootGolf course.

Krazy Golf on Porth Island

Playing Krazy Golf on Porth Island, Newquay.

We unexpectedly spotted a Crazy Golf course at Porth Island on our drive from Newquay to Padstow during our South West of England roadtrip in 2015.

The most difficult hole on the course

The course looked interesting, and similar to a Beton Concrete type of miniature golf course.

However, the playing surface was one of the most bumpy we'd ever played on and coupled with the bouncy golf balls made for one of the most frustrating rounds of minigolf we've ever played. In fact we didn't even manage to finish the round, instead calling it a draw with the score level at 55 shots apiece!

The last hole was fairly straightforward...

...but had a funny green...

....with signs of repair...

...and a scary cup that we refused to putt into! Far too many cobwebs for our liking!
