Unfortunately The Hole In Wand Wizard Golf in Chester is temporarily closed following flood damage to the venue. There are plans to re-open later this year after a refurbishment 

In addition to the Chester venue you can find The Hole In Wand minigolf courses in Blackpool, York and Seaham. The brand also recently announced plans for a new location in Leeds.

Good luck to the team at The Hole In Wand in the refurbishment of the course in Chester.

A new magical minigolf course is opening in Chester, Cheshire.

The team at the Potions Cauldron Group will be creating their third indoor crazy golf course as The Hole In Wand is set to open in Chester this year.

The Hole In Wand Chester is scheduled to open in May.

The first of The Hole In Wand indoor minigolf courses opened in York, with a second venue opening in Blackpool.

Emily played The Hole In Wand Wizard Golf in York on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour last year. We haven't been to Blackpool for a while so haven't had a game at that venue yet.

Mini Golf at Westminster Park in Chester

A new 18-hole outdoor mini golf course is opening in Chester, Cheshire.

The course at Chester's Westminster Park is opening on Saturday 9th March.

Galaxy Golf at Apex Kart in Chester

There's a new indoor mini golf course at Apex Kart in Chester.

The Apex Kart centre in Chester, Cheshire is now home to a new indoor, space-themed mini golf course.

Galaxy Golf at Apex Kart is another new course for us to visit on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. It's not a million miles away for us to get to either.

No Minigolf at Chester Zoo

The Conservation Golf course at Chester Zoo is no longer there.

We had a day out at Chester Zoo yesterday. Unfortunately the Conservation Golf course that our friend John Mittler snapped for us in January 2018 is long gone.

Chester Zoo's monorail

A look at what remains of the monorail at Chester Zoo.

Unfortunately we were two years too late to have a ride on the monorail at Chester Zoo when we visited yesterday.

However, as a big fan of monorails it was interesting to see sections of the track still in place

There were quite a few 'ends of the line' too!

New Minigolf Putting Course to open in Chester

A new artificial grass Putting Course is planned to open at Westminster Park in Chester, Cheshire.

The layout will be on the site of a former grass Putting Green.

Westminster Park is also home to a Pitch & Putt course.

We're looking forward to playing both the Pitch & Putt and the new Minigolf Putting Course on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour in the future.

The course is being designed and built by Creative Golf Design. You can see a computer animation of the layout in the video below.

Lost shops - Burger King in Chester

Spotting a fast food ghost sign in Chester.

We spotted this ghost sign of a former Burger King while having a walk round Chester.

Lost Blockbuster - Chester

Another day, another lost Blockbuster Video store.

This one was in Chester, Cheshire, England.

It's now a Roy Castle Foundation charity shop.

The QUIKDROP box is still in place. A lot of the paintwork and fixtures inside are from its days as a Blockbuster too.

Finding out about the Adventure Golf course at Chester Zoo.

On his recent trip to the UK our friend and minigolf rival John Mittler visited Chester Zoo and while there discovered an Adventure Golf course!
