Mini Golf Scoring and Loyalty Apps

A look at minigolf, crazy golf and adventure golf scorecard and loyalty apps.

On our travels to 1,077 courses on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour we've used several apps to keep the score in our games.

We've seen a number of venues have introduced a mobile app to compliment or replace the traditional paper scorecard. Some of these apps are really good and help to enhance the experience. We're still fans of pencil and paper to score our rounds and have amassed a large collection of scorecards from our travels. That said, when we find an app that works well we're more than happy to download and use it. We've found the best ones are at courses that have both traditional and digital options for marking your scores as it keeps everyone happy.

Time flies and while we posted about Emily's trip to the Isle of Wight back in June 2021 we didn't get round to covering the individual course visits fully at the time.

Dino Islands Adventure Golf at Sandham Gardens in Sandown was the 547th course played and 961st visited overall on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.

We've been to the Isle of Wight several times over the years and have been to most, but not all of the courses there. Some of the courses have changed over the years, with at least two of the courses undergoing refurbishments, and one changing twice since we first played it!

Dino Islands Adventure Golf at Sandham Gardens in Sandown was originally a Beton-style Minigolf course, but was refurbished and made into the Adventure Golf course several years ago.

It's certainly interesting seeing the changes and developments on the island and we're looking forward to another trip there in the future.

We've now travelled to a total of 1,075 courses on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour. Our adventures began on the mainland side of the Solent at Treasure Island Adventure Golf in Southsea back in September 2006.

The 36-hole indoor Adventure Golf venue at the Trafford Centre opened in 2008. It was one of the very first of the new wave of themed indoor adventure golf venues.

The Tiki Hut Trail and Temple Ruins Adventure courses were the 85th and 86th courses played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in 2009.

Following our move north in 2016 Paradise Island Adventure Golf became one of our local places to play and we've returned for fun and tournaments at PIAG Manchester a lot over the years.

I won the Paradise Island Adventure Golf Open Championships in 2018 and Emily won the tournament in 2019.
