Revisiting the Pirate Adventure Golf course in Ryde.
The first minigolf course visited on our trip to the Isle of Wight in October was the Adventure Golf course at Peter Pan's Funfair and Amusements on the Esplanade in Ryde. As we were on the isle slightly out of season we weren't expecting all of the courses to be open for a game.
A BIG minigolf skull. And Mr Bump |
We also weren't expecting to see the course quite as flooded as it was! We'd clearly escaped being thoroughly drenched while on the hovercraft over from Southsea.
Floody hell! |
Good luck teeing off |
I believe there's a skellington in a cell in that tunnel |
An even trickier uphill shot now |
The course still looks to be in great condition |
The Pirate Adventure Golf course in Ryde was the 68th course visited and played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour back in 2009.
