On our visit to Skegness I was able to play two versions of my favourite type of Minigolf - the "Arnold Palmer Putting Course".
Skegness is home to an 18-hole and a 9-hole Arnold Palmer Crazy Golf course. The layout in Skegness is also home to a cracking 18-hole grass Putting Course!
The three courses became the 234th, 235th and 236th courses we have played on our Crazy World of Minigolf Tour.
In our Irregular Mini Golf Tour Match-up on the 18-hole Crazy Golf course I defeated Emily 45-47.
On the 18-hole Grass Putting course I defeated Emily 43-44.
And on the 9-hole Crazy Golf course I defeated Emily 25-30.
The courses were in brilliant condition, and were great fun, and very testing courses to play. The service at the course was impeccable, and the scorecards (for a fan of Miniature Golf ephemera like me) were brilliant - showing details of where the other Arnold Palmer course locations are in the UK.
The numbered signposts on each hole also had a pencil attached to them!

Despite having three attempts each to win a free game on the Lucky Last Hole, neither of us managed to win one.
