18 Minutes in Brightlingsea
Having previously spent 10 minutes in Canvey Island on our travels, followed by 45 Minutes on Barry Island, we visited Brightlingsea on the 8th May 2011 where we spent 18 minutes.
Not a bad spot, but not much to do. There were some very nice views out to sea and Mersea Island (another place on our 'to visit' list).

That was (i'm sorry to say) almost one of the most dismal places we have visited... right up there with Anglesey.
It wasn't that bad!
