Steamboat Landing minigolf course in Naples Maine has a similar hole, with one side for men and one for women (you are supposed to go through the ride side depending on sex or its a penalty). One of the Monster Golfs we play (believe its the one in Warwick, RI) also had a similar one.
Cool.
I'm yet to play a Lavatory-themed minigolf hole on my travels so far!
